Mission and Responsibility

The mission of the Junior Business Intelligence Analyst within the International Talent
Program is to utilize analytical skills and industry knowledge to contribute to the development of business intelligence models in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). Working closely with senior colleagues and local businesses, the analyst will leverage Excel and BI Tool proficiency to support decision-making processes and ensure data
quality across projects.

The resource will report to BI Manager of QSRP Group and will support the whole BI Team
in the following activities:
• Data Analysis and Modeling: Utilize strong analytical skills to analyze data and
contribute to the development of business intelligence models. Work closely with senior
colleagues to understand and support the creation of simple data models that enhance
decision-making processes.
• Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Quick Service
Restaurant (QSR) or Food & Beverage industry. Stay informed about industry trends,
challenges, and best practices to provide valuable insights.
• Excel Proficiency: Possess advanced proficiency in Excel to manipulate and
analyze data effectively. Leverage Excel skills to support the creation of reports,
dashboards, and perform data validation.             • Collaboration with Senior Team Members: Collaborate with senior team members to
gain insights and guidance. Work closely with them to ensure alignment with
organizational goals and maintain consistency in data quality.
• Data Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain data quality across key models and
ongoing projects. Implement procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and
consistency in data used for business intelligence purposes.

Program Overview

The Talent Program is a cross-functional initiative with the primary focus of developing high-potential graduates in an international, meritocratic and entrepreneurial environment.
We created this program to foster future leaders within the Group, enabling candidates
completing the program to successfully develop their professional career paths.

The program has a duration of 24 months, with 2 rotations among different business
areas and/or countries.

Throughout the program, you will be exposed to our business leaders and have
unparalleled networking opportunities both with them and among other graduates & team
members. You will gain a broad view of our business from outside your initial area of
expertise to help you grow and develop your project management and leadership skills.

You will be assigned a mentor, who will coach you personally. Through systematic, quality
feedback, you will achieve self-insight (strengths/weaknesses) and improve your self-
management in order to achieve your goals.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in a select role within one
of our business units based on your preferences and our needs.

The opportunities include: Finance, Controlling, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Supply
Chain, Information Technology or Operations and Development.

Program Requirements

Education and Professional Experience:

 Master’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing Management,
Economics, Engineering (preferrable)
 Maximum 1 years of work experience (preferrable)
 Fluent in English (C1)
 Other European languages highly recommended (French, German, Dutch)
 Proficiency in Excel is required, experience with reporting tools (BI) is preferred
 Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
 Excellent project management skills, result-oriented and ability to think out-of-
the-box

Personal Requirements:

 Available to start in full-time employment / valid EU work permit is mandatory
 Willing and able to travel and rotate in different European countries
 Able to embrace new challenges in fast changing environment
 Able to analyze strategic concepts, understand business strategy
 Able to work independently, resourceful and solution-oriented
 Strong communication skills, ability to connect with multiple stakeholders
across different departments and countries/cultures
