Graduates are introduced to different functions of the business through their role, critical projects, and job rotations, supplemented by structured trainings & International events as they build their network and their skill-set to become the future leaders of AB InBev.
The Graduate Management Traineeship (GMT) is a 10-month programme starting in August 2026, which will provide you with valuable exposure and insights into leading and transforming a successful global business. You will work on critical projects with senior stakeholders to drive value and undertake a structured program to support your development as a future leader of AB InBev. The programme focuses on a 70-20-10 learning and development approach to maximize learning and give you the best opportunity to grow within an exciting, fast-paced company.
